Either your table can not fit in the column wo move the while table to the next column, or, you have a section break which is splitting the table. Or, it could be something else. I can't really help unless i am able to see the file. If you are not able to find the reason, i suggest you remove the table, make sure everything is correct and then add the table again. The work you put in to try and solve this is going to teach you so many things and will improve your skills way more than just solving a paper . It is worth putting in the effort to resolve this.

these are usually not supported character sets, but it depends on if i am understanding what you are describing and where these are appearing.

My keyboard wasn't broken the case was cracking in between the keys from this hinge area. I bought a new case for it which was not an easy feat. Hopefully I can finish this job with the zip tie trick.

@@shadowslayer7574 Nothing in particular. The ones i used had no brand name. Best way is to to do a test on one rivet to see if the 2 plastics weld together. Brand name is not the issue. It is what plastic the case of your laptop and zip tie are made of so simply going by zip tie brand is not going to help. Test one rivet.

​@@paphitisn yeah, thankfully I was. Initially when I saw the excel functions and even after spending 20 minutes on them, I couldnt figure em out, I was so sure Id have to skip them but i didnt give up till the last moment.

This is entirely up to you. Only you know your worth. If you are experinced in this sort of repair then you will know that there is responsibility on your end on the event that you can not repair the device or you make it worse. If you are not experienced then you need to inform the customer of the risk that the repair may fail. If it does they take on the responsibility but you will need to decide who forks the bill for the bought parts. So at the end of the day your experience will determine the charge.

Definately applicable. Dows it generate both the word and pdf of the first record? If yes check the file folder path and file names of the second record. To check, delete the first record so the second becomes the first. Run the macro, does it generate? If it does then you have probably made a change to the macro. Use the original macro.

I did not change anything. i just copy paste it, i also watch your video, checked them all lcharacter per character and renamed all my files to your files. My excel file however does have other columns, could it have affected the merge? how can i send a a screenshot of the error?

if it is a compare and contrast question on or a question then no. I fit a a 2 mark question it will not be be a compare and contrast . If it asks for advantages and disadvantages then yes but you need to elaborate. As long as you elaborate on how time and money is being saved. What is faster? The number of marks will give you a good indication on what you need to answer.

i don't keep the files i use for tutorials, sorry. The amount of data on these spreadsheets is very small so you can easily copy the data in your own spread sheet so that you can practice.

This error simply means that you have made a selection (F3:F15) and these cells contain numbers for example. The cells next to this range, in this case cells F16, F17 and onwards also contain numbers. Excel is simply saying that you may have forgotten to select these cells. As long as you know what you have selected and it is correct then it is fine. In my exercises i only used small ranges of numbers so Excel is basically saying, maybe you wanted to use the other cells as well. I hope that makes sense.

@@whiteninja7287 n No, the height is relevant to the content you put. You only need to set the width of the table. If you did put the height also you would not lose marks.

You dont have to for the exam but it is always good to have it enabled. If you know what it does then it is quite useful when designing databases. You do not need to know what it is for the exam but if you want i can explain it to you.

@@HamdanAllie it indicates the number of decimal digits allowed after the decimal point. Double allows for mor decimal digits than Single. Can't remember how many for each type for Access. I think it is 7 deci.al places for Single and 15 for double. Either will be more than enough for the exams so it does not really matter which one you use for numbers with decimal places.
